External axes optimization

I' Working with an external axes and I want to know the functionality of shift turn in turnable optmization.

The shift turn angle is the angle where the toolpath is kept with respect to the XZ plane of your turntable. This is a relative rotation with respect to that plane.

You can see it as a relative increment with respect to the current position where the TCP is working.

Hi,
Thank you for you request. But does identifying the shift turn angle help me to avoid collisions? And if I set it to 0, can it sometimes cause collisions?
