Hi,
Is there any way to import dxf or dwg file as an cad object?

DWG files are not supported.
And when I want to import a dxf file, RoboDK opens it with Dxf2Gcode program.
But what if we only want to import the lines as an object?

It is not possible to import the curves of a 2D file unless it is a robot machining or manufacturing operation (robot machining project or curve follow project).

If you want to import a curve you can load it as a list of points (copy a list of points or load a CSV/TXT file).
