This is normal behavior to avoid a Windows Related bug.
这么me still unknown reason, Windows sometimes decide to mess up with our embedded online library and simply crashes RoboDK every time you try to download something.
I'm stuck with this issue on both my PC, but it appeared randomly at different times.
Until we figure it out, we just decided that if the crash or any other library-related issue occurs, we simply launch it through the web browser.
There's a way to reset the behavior if you want. "Tools"->"Options"->"Others"->Bottom right corner -> Uncheck "Open Externaly"
