Hi, I am having the same issues as others have outlined in this thread - I can ping the robot but i get a "waiting" message when I try to connect. I have followed the steps outlined - tried connecting with multiple different laptops, turned off firewall, etc. I am trying to connect to a UR10E, using windows 8.1. Here is the log:
