Did you use the "measure" tool under "Tool"->"Measure"?
You simply use that to measure both X and Y dimensions of your cell and multiply for your sqr m.
If you have nothing to attach your measure tool to, you can import a simple flat square from our library and use the scale XYZ tool to create a "floor" with the right dimension and then use the measure tool to figure out the floor size.
