hello.
i cannot remove a frame and its name from the RoboDK enviroment, i uncheking the related option for managing name appreance but it didn't solve.

It is probably the robot reference or tool that is visible but not linked to any item in the tree.
It would be better if you can share your RoboDK project so we can better take a look.
