I work on aircraft wing box design and I have to drill holes in the wing plate parts but it will take me a year to finish drilling because I have about 1000 hole it is so hard to teach target on the surface and retract it each time I want to drill a hole
I hope I can get help finishing that project

You should be able to load points using Utilities-Import Points
You can then define a point follow project and automatically create programs to follow those points for drilling.
